What product do I recommend?
It depends! Of course, we are all different and looking for different ways to lose weight. Some people want to merely pop a pill, some want to use the popular acai berry, some want to be told what to eat for each meal, and some want a more flexible weight loss program. I think you will find them all here on this weight loss review site.
Through my research, I have found the right product for me - perhaps it will be the right product for you. I spent hours on the internet trying to come up with negatives for this diet, but I couldn't find anything. Well, almost... The one thing people complained about was the name! I agree - I hate the name of the product: Fat Loss 4 Idiots. I do not consider myself an idiot, but the more I studied this diet, the more impressed I was. Over the last few years I have been counting calories. This worked for the first four to six weeks - after that my weight just stalled. I just couldn't seem to lose more... Sometimes a pound or so a month, but I needed to lose more than that! I was so totally impressed with Fat Loss 4 Idiots, that I purchased this diet and started it on Monday.
